| Session I : What is Personal Branding ? |
In this session, William will set the scene for the day.
He will first spend some time talking about the history of branding and the role branding plays in corporate and individual success. He will then talk about the confluence of societal and technological changes that have brought about the need for personal branding and he′ll illustrate the importance of thinking of yourself as a brand.
William will share with you examples of strong personal brands who have achieved success few even dream of, much less attain.
During this session, William will also explain his three-step personal branding process - 1-2-3Success! This is the process that will be covered in great detail throughout the rest of the day.

| Session II. Unearthing Your Personal Brand |
During this session, William will walk you through the first step in successful personal branding - unearthing your unique promise of value. This unearthing process takes time and requires you to think hard about who you are and what makes you unique. William will share with you exercises and tools you can use to gain greater clarity about your personal brand. This step in the process is extremely important because it reveals the core around which you will build your brand.
During this session, you will uncover your authentic brand by identifying:
• Your goals
• Your vision, purpose, values and passions
• Your unique strengths and differentiation
• Your professional reputation
• The competitive landscape
• Your target audience
• Your personal brand statement
At the end of this session, you will be able to more clearly describe your unique promise of value.

| Session III. Expressing Your Brand and Aligning Your Brand Environment |
During this session, William will help you build a communications plan that will ensure that your brand is visible to those who need to know about you. He will help you to identify the ideal combination of communications tools to reach that audience effectively and give you the tools you need to make that plan part of your everyday professional activities.
William will also share with you some leading edge research about the role on-line identity plays in your professional success. You will learn about personal-googling and William will share his secrets for being virtually visible.
Lastly, during this session, William will help you identify your brand environment and align this environment so it is reinforcing your personal brand message. He will spend a significant amount of time discussing the importance of your professional network and will give you proven tips on how to build a personal fan club.
At the end of this session, William will review the day′s activities and provide you with additional resources so you can continue to adopt the personal branding mindset long after you have left the event.
